Privacy

You don't need an account to buy. We collect as little as we can.

What we keep

• Your order: the item, price, machine, time, and its status.
• Payment references from the payment provider. Your card or bank details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
• A one-way coded form of your network address, used only to stop one person holding all of a machine's stock at once.
• Anything you type into a problem report, including an email address or phone number if you choose to give one.

Who sees it

The machine's operator sees their own orders and problem reports. CloudVend staff can see them when supporting the operator. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask to see or correct personal data we hold about you. Use the contact page.
