Refund policy

Automatic refunds

If your payment arrives after the last item has already been sold, you are refunded automatically. Your order page will say so.

If something goes wrong at the machine

Vending machines work offline, so we can't see whether your item came out. If it didn't, or your code expired before you could use it, report it from your order page. The machine's operator reviews each report and decides on a refund.

Timing

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank or e-wallet, they usually arrive within 5–7 working days.
