Terms of use

These terms apply when you buy from a vending machine using CloudVend.

Who you are buying from

Each machine belongs to an operator, whose name is shown on the machine's page and on your receipt. Your purchase is a contract with that operator, and your payment goes directly to them. CloudVend provides the software that takes the order and shows your dispense code.

How a purchase works

• When you tap Buy, the item is held for you for a few minutes while you pay.
• Once your payment is confirmed, a code appears on your phone. Hold it up to the machine's scanner to receive your item.
• Each code works once, on that machine only, and only for a limited time, shown on the page.

Prices

Prices are shown in Malaysian ringgit (MYR) and include any applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Problems

If your item does not come out, or your code expires before you can use it, report it from your order page. The operator reviews every report and may refund you. See the refund policy.
